The Granary at WinMock – Update!

Hi friends! As many of you know, in the midst of all of the beautiful weddings, creative meetings, special dinners and other comings and goings at WinMock, we have been “quietly” working on our latest pet project around back. We have been carefully working with our fantastic renovation crew again to transform the small former granary barn into an additional event space and we’re making great progress each and every day. As of today, we’re right on track to open her doors in a few short weeks and we simply cannot wait for you to see!

Sarah And Michael {Winston-Salem Wedding Ceremony And Reception}

This month brought a special moment for us all at the barn. On October 8th, roughly a year after we threw the first scoop of dirt to kick off our renovation project, we had the wonderfully sweet moment of watching one of our very own say “I Do”.

It’s hard to put into words how special it was for us to watch Sarah & Michael wed here at the barn. Sarah is the lovely daughter of our “boss-man”, Wayne, and Michael is the sweet classmate who stole her heart.

A few months after renovation on the barn began, Michael asked Sarah to marry him in the rustic unfinished space. From then on, the project took on a whole new meaning for us all (especially for a certain father of the bride-to-be).

Today we are delighted to share a glimpse at the day we have all been building towards….
